Anyone else knew Vengeance Points were a thing?
I have 2 bosses left and just realized I have 200 of them... I feel like I shouldn't even use them at this point lol

I found them by accident when the game told me about memories and I should go check them out. I did and saw stuff at the bottom and was like - what's this???
I found out when I saw someone else post about this
AFTER BEATING HISMAR I JUST DISCOVERED IT
Why not use them? It's like 10% boost which is nice but it's not a gamechanger.

I saw memories and thought "oh this is just a place to revisit collectibles for lore *never clicks it again until near the end of the game just to see what I'm missing* and then I see upgrade...

You're right, I should use everything that game gives me instead of being a masochist

The game is too good at hiding something so important in the place people least likely to see. I also thought it was something like a listing of past missions or a log. I just clicked on it to see how it looked and saw those points.
12% stamina damage+%12% damage increase+10% damage multiplier is a lot to miss out on.

It is totally meaningful and worthwhile.

About sums it up.
It's not really hidden. People just don't read what's on the screen anymore.

The game literally doesn't tell you. There are no vengence points listed anywhere where you see other stuff such as gold, lacrima and even jarlings. To get to them you have to go to the menu that says "memories", which no one in their right mind would ever associate with leveling up or some kind of currency. Even when you go into memories, it's still not obvious because you have to read button descriptions at the very bottom of the screen and only then you will figure out that there is something to do there.

So yea, they are hidden.
The big fat "Khazan's Memories" button that you see every time is invisible? The available actions list in every freaking menu is invisible? You can even see the stat meters in the background.

Just read what's on the screen.

I just told you that a button that says "memories" is not a place for leveling up anything. It's the epitome of the horrible UI design because they simply don't belong there. No one would just go and see memories of the mission they just completed. And the game doesn't say anything about existence of vengence points.

Not checking out stuff that is prominently presented to you every time you hit a sword nexus is not a UI issue.
