I have all 3 disk fragments and Daphrona does not have new conversation options, she just has the usual training, soulstone upgrade, ghost upgrade etc.
Is this mission bugged?

You need to finish the first mission of the last zone, which is the capital city

The mission with the dragon. Once you finish this it unlocks.
