Missing Collectible "The Day the Black Sun Rose 3"

I'm almost certain I got this one because I remember reading the text for it, but when I look for it in my inventory it's not showing up. I went back and looked for it where it spawns-in front of the monument surrounded by those Chaos stones and the Beast of Madness, but it's not showing up there either. I was told it was needed for the true ending-please don't tell me I need to replay the whole thing to get it again.

Could you double check your inventory, afaik the items aren't sorted by name

Just did-no luck. I have 1, 2 and 4 but not 3. It is sorted by type, so all of the legendary/golden ones are at the top.

I had the same issue. For me, I looked up a collectible guide and found at it the location for #1. Apparently the pieces share locations and can show up in any of them, so you probably missed one of them.
