Daphorna Codex challenges

Daphorna Codex challenges need some serious fixing. I finally managed to defeat the Soulbound Knight while under the Hallucinating debuff, and the challenge didn’t complete. It’s annoying and frustrating — and it’s not the only challenge where I’ve had the same experience. Please fix it!

it's a bug sometimes and if you go back to titel and reload the game it should work.

Nope going to the title screen and coming back doesn't work, Iv'e beat him 3 times now while hallucinating and it doesn't give me the challenge reward. Lame

I have the same thing, I couldn't do the quest for the scrapyard and still can't do the quest for the holy sinner.
