Bard Achivement
I saw people saying the Bard Achievement was glitched to unlock if you met him in the last location but I met him in every location and it still didn't pop. Wondering if it has to be in proper order or if its just not working?

Did you meet him 4 times? IF so, it should pop.

5 times and yeah I went back to recheck, not sure what the issue is

I didn't even know there's achievement for him until i met him for the 'last' time and i didn't even know it was the last location. My guess is you must locate him in order, if you missed him and go back replay the mission it probably messed up the progress but that's just my assumption
