Levendary fixed stats

Hi, does anyone here know if legendary fixed stat is different from epic fixed stat on gear?

Legendary gear gets a second fixed stat on top of the existing epic one.

And yes it's a completely different one. The secondary stat makes some gear sets ridiculously strong and changes how the set preforms with the addition of the new skills you earn in NG+ and NG++.

Amazing , so ng + and ng++ is really worth

Yeah as Nikolaus said legendary gear adds 1 more fixed stat. Some are basic like adding stamina regen and others add completely new skills to weapons/gear.

So yeah NG++ is worth it just to see the build possibility with legendary gear combinations.
