Hismar Fall Damage
I've played the game for 40 hours and I'm loving it, but something really strange happened in Hisma's bossfight. When he went to fly to attack the ground, he was too close to the wall and ended up getting stuck at the top of the coliseum. For a moment, I thought he was really going to get stuck, but he walked forward and fell. After laughing a little, I went over to him to continue the fight, but I realized that when he fell, he lost a LARGE part of his life bar, which made the bossfight much easier and I passed on my second try. I'm talking about this because I'm loving the game and I can see the care that was put into it, so I don't want this problem to hinder any player's immersion or experience. Congratulations to Neople for this incredible game.

with as long as he takes to kill it might actually be less of a glitch and more intended. right-o for finding the method for dealing with him

ah yes 3 to 4 minutes sure is a long time
HAHAHAHA I agree that he really has a LOT of life, especially if you're making a play without using any auxiliary spirits, like me, but I think this is part of the game and its difficulty, there is no unfair bosses like the final boss of the elden ring dlc. But I also lose a bit of the feeling of victory knowing that a bug helped me, the only way is to face it again and hope that it doesn't happen again.
(Does anyone know how I can contact the development team to report the problem?)

considering the access to crazy builds you have by then? absolutely is.

Man this dragon was annoying, chipping away it's health with gs overhead swings. What's the best tactic against it?

you want the boss to die in LESS than 3 minutes? just turn on easy mode and use cheat engine at that point if you don't want to play the game that much
nice. I've seen other enemies take fall damage too. Like the Corrupted Creation (giant mutated scorpion) that waits on walls. Javelin to the head and it falls, damage is enough to kill it.

Nah , cheating or w.e should be less than 10 seconds. mastery of a boss should be 2minutes or so especially when using some of the crazier stuff in game like for example Gale: Doom. id say LB: Apex but lol since ya kinda gotta farm him for that, seems silly to say tho that was my goal. i think hismar's issue is he doesnt hit hard enough or have a very difficult moveset, hes just there to waste as much time as humanly possible. basically always gotta go for the head as he takes less dmg elsewhere, and you cant lock onto anywhere else. you are stuck respecting a boss who does not deserve respect. but idk, maybe you're right and i just lack patience. to tell you the truth i took longer beating Maluca my first time. like 2hours or so for my first clear, and not long after i beat him once was i able to take him out in less than a minute. this is the kind of reward that imo should come from mastering a boss and all of their attacks, especially when you're around the intended level and can do something like that. "3-4 min" is no brag for the game and im not bashing the game even, but spongeyness is a recurring complaint im seeing. and i think it's a valid complaint.

but this is also coming from my experience on a NG run. maybe on NG+ and NG++ you have access to even better to where you can actually run hismar out in a min or 2. your first run of the game may just be balanced within that fact. and i intend on trying out NG+ and ++ to see how nutty the game's combat is. because i do love this game. i love it, even if i feel it has a something of a list of flaws and QoLs it can address. and i might make a separate thread discussing it only after my initial run of NG is complete to be as fair as possible. I'm close, obviously but between work and my obsessive need to 100% literally everything i hadnt progressed as fast as the next guy. i also get distracted with new sets and want to see what "this" and " that" does, then go on a farming spree only to find out i did not like what i farmed for 80% of the time.
