In game it states it resets "all stats". Wiki says it resets "a stat". I remember also it was stated in game that it resets "a stat". Which is true?
INB4 "try and see" - I have one only XD and since I will respec for NG+ to use a spear you all so much praise (am curious), I kind of want to have it available.

you can craft them
you can go to any map that has the bard and buy 3 at a time. reseting the stage resets his inventory

Is it very rare ???? I had an enemy drop one early game like when I’m doing the trials right after defeating the yeti. And I was thinking it was strange for an enemy drop.
