"THE FIRST BERSERKER" achievement bug?
I have collected all the collection stuff and killed 3 phases Ozma but still didn't get this single achievement, i'm on ng+ already with 56/57 achievements. I can't understand how to get it now, does somebody faced the same issue?

After the fight, once you get teleported to Ozma's chambers or whatever they're called, you shouldn't interact with his diary, open it and then close it, if you go through the pages it will break the achievement.
