I'm older than you and OP, aaaaand I get double minus points because I'm a woman, which makes me enemy no.1 of current generation of gamers/souls-vets/whatever. This game particularly is on the easier side of all souls-like/somewhat-like-souls games I've played. It's not about the age, it's about patience and not taking stuff sooooooo seriously
The fast paced combat alone puts it above dark souls and so on. Not sure why you claim it's on the easier side.

Khazan is in no way shape or form on the easier side of souls games. It's more forgiving, but definitely not easier.
Wrong. Dual wield all the way, haven't switched even once. And please allow me to categorize the games I play according to how they feel when I play them.
Done for 24 hours only. Come at me bro.
Of course there is always the special kind that want this game to be exactly the same as the last game they played, can't adjust to a new system and claim the game is bad.
