Gold(Epic) letters (collectibles) missing?

Yo, maybe someone will know the answer, I am sitting at 13 Epic collectibles (15 is required for true ending, I want to do this in my first playthrough cuz next ones will be focused mostly on rushing missions and killing bosses), I have checked online where I can find missing pages, and I am Missing Prophecy 1 and The Day The Black Moon Rose 3 and these are not where they are supposed to be; so here is my question: if I missed them first time when I was on the mission, they wont appear later on? Any Ideas?

PS. I already talked to Daphrona at the begining of the last mission where I had to choose if I want revenge or to talk with "final boss" first. Maybe this is the problem?

Me it is only Prophecy 4 that is missing and it is not at his place , idk really what to do

Edit : Well I actualy found it , they swap place between them by checking again some play to see if I missed it and it was where a another one should have been

yeah if you talk to dephrona and pick a choice you are locked in to that ending

alright then, since I locked myself out of the true ending, will I have to look for the gold letters again in NG+?

If you talk to Daphrona you have to make the choice or alt f4 the game and restart the mission completely before reaching that point, because she locks you in with a timer that once expire chooses an ending for you as the cursor spins around.

Really dumb design. Same with visiting Ozma's quarters, the painting gives no indication the credits will roll in, at that point you're just interacting with items to reminisce, so if you didn't explore all of it the area gets closed off for you.
