Whirlwind tempest not working anymore?

I was using it non stop yesterday and now today it's not registering or doing the move. I have the complete set on and everything. I even have the skillpoint put into it.

ok so it's not just me, it's really sad because it was a sick skill

if its a skill that comes from an armour set there is a bug (even in 1.0) where the skill doesn't work when you start the game. Simply unequip a piece of equipment and put it back on again.
