is this game actually manageable on easy mode for pretty much a noob like me?

I don't want normal mode being nerfed because i can try it in the future and for skilled players that's just not right. but easy mode is hard but duable to mid casual? or it's still hard as hell late game?

I don’t play on easy mode and or use summons but this game will test you and your patience lol. If you don’t like challenging games this is not the one for you. If you like feeling accomplished when beating something this is it

I've heard that easy mode is just less damage taken and lower hp for the bosses, so if you're bad at pattern recognition, or have slow reflexes, it might still be pretty tough for some of the fights.

i mean, i want a challenge, and i finished games like bloodborne. but hearing easy is still hard made me wonder. i can read moves but not dodge everything, definitely not just mash a button and win kind of game. if easy mode is still harder than fromsoft games, that could be a problem

Then start playing on easy, but wait until you defeat the goat. If you think it's too easy, just start over. It's won't be too far for that. The game is pretty hard overall, but the tutorial, which are 2 first areas, is deceptively easy

my question was if easy is still too hard or just hard. i want challenge, even try a boss 30 times, but not being near impossible if you're not a veteran. i finished bloodborne if it's a comparison

Both first and second bosses are on the easy side, the third is an indicator of how the game will be. It's hard, even on easy. From what the devs say, the moveset of bosses is the same, just the damage and HP are different. There will be quite a bit of head bashing in this game.

If you've played many games like this, the game is more than manageable. However, if this is one of your first ever attempts at something like this, then the game is probably going to be very hard. It's action oriented and requires you to pay attention to the enemies' moves and their properties so you can counter them. It's fair, but also clearly made for someone with prior experience.

Easy mode just lowers the numbers with no changes to movesets. Some of the moves will most likely give you trouble, but I think you'll be fine in the long run. Just think about how to counter every move or sequence that gives you trouble.

ok, so easy mode is just a nerf in stats, maybe good so i'm prepared for regular mode. did first 2 bosses and won first try, but wasn't that easy, i expected easy mode to have bosses doing less combo string and some moves. i may be able to complete this, it's weird being called "easy" mode tho xd

The combos and moves only get stronger as the game goes on.
