Epic Gear
so im about to end the first run, rushing to stick a spear in ozma a**. but i havent ssee any epic gear, when it stars to appear?

Apparently in NG+. However, there is at least one piece of orange gear you get from a side mission.

You get some legendary items upon defeating Ozma. You can also start crafting them from the blacksmith as well by just swapping parts as well from the blacksmith.

2 side missions towards the end of the game give you 2 epic rings, and once you defeat the final boss you get a bunch of epics.

If you don't start NG+ immediately you can craft epic at the black smith, but once you start NG+ Epics drop pretty regularly. The with Legendary in NG++.
