To Devs - The Brothers' Merged Hands don't drop - BUG

I made it through the boss fight, but after the cutscene I didn't get the collectible item
The Brothers' Merged Hands. Please fix this as soon as possible and then please also so that saves that have already been through this fight can still get the item! Maybe you solve it first so that those who have completed the chapter have the opportunity to purchase it in the item shop. I've already killed the boss more than 10 times myself in the hope that it works, but still no drop. I also had the files checked for errors and also tried other tips from the Internet, unfortunately without success. If anyone has an idea, please always let me know :) otherwise I will only continue playing when this is fixed, as it disturbs my personal flow of the game, as I like to complete all side quests before I continue in the story.

Interesting if that's true. Unfortunately, you have to think that way, because there are far too many bad people out there. Just to understand better, did you only do this boss until you got it or did you do other bosses on the side, other levels? Maybe it's the game progress that gives you the item at some point. I would like to understand more why it worked for you after the 20th time. So could you reveal more details about what you did from the 1st kill to getting the item?
