There's gotta be a way. Just swapping one asset for another or something.
I'm too stupid to mod, but it seems such a shame that he's got this wild, awesome berserker rage look at the beginning, only for it to get tied up and tamed past the opening mission.

Aw, bummer. I heard that about refashioning the armor sets as well. Nice that it exists, but lame that it's locked to ng+.

Wait are you talking about the transmog/glamour thing? or do you actually get that piece after beating the game once? I know people woth early access gets it as pre-order bonus though.
