Master of Chaos scroll drop bugged?

Ozma won´t drop the Master of Chaos scroll (not sure if choice of ending matters, but picked "want to know the truth") Killed 10+ times, no scroll as of yet, others on the wiki says it only drops with normal ending

From what i gathered myself, the scroll is a random drop.
Still trying to farm it currently.

I don't think its supposed to be a random drop. I've seen mention from elsewhere that getting the true ending causes the scroll not to drop.

seems to be the case. did true ending on my 1st save and have yet to see it, whereas my 2nd save got it after the first clear.

reason for my 2nd is cause i used a soul to help on my 1st, so did a fast easy for the standing alone achievement

I see, so best option is to do NG + and reach him again, pick either Normal ending or Chained (not sure if chained is bugged as well?

I've also seen that apparently it doesn't drop in ng+ regardless of ending, probably because it's supposed to already be obtained.

That´s a little sad if true, think will give the game a break, did do all achiviements yesterday, will switch to AI Limit for the time being, but for sure coming back to First Berserker: Khazan, it´s easily my favourite souls-like of the year! Will see how AI Limit turns out once i´ve done it´s true ending.
