regarding phantom unlocks and Achievment

so i havent unlocked (and awakened) any of the other phantoms yet bc i wasnt sure if it locks me out of the "no summon" achievment. i guess this only counts if you summon them to battle right ? so if i just want them for the passiv bonuses im fine ?
