screen tearing
Game looked and worked great day one. Gradually the game got worst and now I have screen tearing. Vsync on and off, still screen tearing. Went through every graphic setting from low to highest, still screen tearing. I've tried DLSS from performance to best looking, still screen tearing. Not sure what to do now, wasn't like this before. Restarting my PC didn't change anything, graphic card is updated. Was not like this 2 days ago.

If your fps is going above your monitor's refresh rate, that could be the cause of tearing.

I game on a 100Hz (gsync) monitor, but always cap games' fps to 95. The fps will always flucuate (a few fps), even whilst locked, but 95 gives enough headroom so that fps doesn't breach 100. No tearing.

Welp, for some reason my monitor settings switched to 60 fps ... not sure why. Screen tearing is gone and game looks like it's back to normal after switching back to 144. Your post had me look at my display settings to make sure and there was the problem. Thanks!
