Actually nvm it might just be a bug, theres a decent amount of bugs
Yea in NG+ in third area
Lightning spear in Lake city right around where you bring the water down near sewer mouths, Fire GS in Wall Gate with (skalpel boss) around the catapult. Idk where the dual weapons are, but im assuming 1 of the Act 3 main stages, probably the mountain stage.
If you think about it, they keep it near similar elements, fire GS with fire catapults, earth dualweapons in mountains, and lightning spear near water (?).
if he has 3 phases you did the true ending. idk about the other two if there is a difference in the fight/ending
Actually true ending depends on the dialogue options, you can do all the pre-requisites but if you say you "I want to talk to him" you will get 3 phases but no true ending. You have to pick "I want to know the truth". I had to get the true ending on my 2nd play-through because I didnt realize the dialogue option dictated the ending.
true but that wasn't the question. 3 phases is a great way to quickly know which one you "did" knowing which diolog option you picked and why it showed up would be a great way to know which one you "are going to do"
Confirmed ingame on my NG+ run.
