heal potion
does anybody know how to upgrade the heal potion ? no info in game, thanks :)

You have to find more. I think there are 5 more. First one you'll find is in the Spider cave

You can find more of them, as described above. You can also look for Increased Health Recovery options. Daphrona offers bonuses in increments of 2% from broken soulstones, and Adelhaide the Philanthropic's whole deal is bolstering health recovery and netherworld energy (health pots). Adelhaide is one of the souls inside the Blade Phantom.
