You can unlock the console for the game.
Dump all the console commands.
Pause the game.
Use some type of slow mow.
Adjust game speed and/or npc animation speed.
Adjust player size and visibility.
Maybe make yourself immortal, haven't tried.
Change some graphics settings that the game can already change, some stuff that you can do also with commands, or some that can be only done via project settings before the game was compiled (but the latter only sticks if you run uuu4)
You can also do photo mode.
One command "xxPlayTest 2" allows you to use infinitely consumables until you load into a new map, throwables don't count, don't use 0 or 1, it'll give you an item that maxes out your healing item amount, 3 doesn't do anything.
