which does not work in many places
and it removes the purpose of turning on motion blur

I cant tell, did you try to farm clown emotes with this? Motion blur is ♥♥♥♥ man, it's a setting used to hide frame drops and low fps in general. This is not something you want to use as it makes the game worse.
