Whats the point of the enhancers?

Has anyone used them and seen a difference in boss fights?

What kind of question is that? They add elemental effect to your weapons. Fire causes burn, poison to poison etc. The same effects that happen to you, can happen to them. Electricity hurts their stamina regen etc. Obviously on a beast electricity would suck, but a human? Try it out.

I have and felt like they made no difference that's why i'm asking other players what they think of them.

It depends on the weapon you're using. Faster weapons= faster applications, but fire on maluca or the beast is just like their bane. Specifically, the fire enchantment from the fallen guardian set is considered "OP" in a sense, because it catches your weapons onfire every brink guard.
