How well does it run?

For me it runs pefect at least first 2 hours do. I'm getting similar numbers to Lies of P, so on RTX4080 i'm getting 120fps in 4k/max settings. No stuttering too - get free demo and checkis my advice since every system is diferent.

The game runs very well given it is UE4 game. There is some mild traversal stutter from time to time but it is not happening very often. I run the game at 1440p, maximum settings, DLLS at quality with my mid-tier rig (i9 12900KF, RTX3080ti, 32GB DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSD, Win11, GPU drivers 572.16).

Extremely well because its unreal engine 4 and not 5. I can play it on my 6y0 GPU on max settings at 80-90 fps. If it was UE5 then it wouldn't have good reviews for sure.

It has DLSS and FSR 2 but if you got a good GPU you dont need it.

Well, UE4 is famous for its troubles with traversal stutter but Khazan is fine in this aspect, just a little bit of stutter from time to time.
However, the game while looking good, with interesting art style, shows the engine age. Enemies look great, exteriors and nature are fine but interiors are subpar--very bland, mostly empty, all right angles, etc.
