Water Resistance Parchment and Necklace of Sealed Water

Does anyone know the locations of both these items?
I got to Trokka and she is melting my health like crazy and I got nothing to counter the status effects aside from the ring.

I got one of the water resistance items in the mission where you eventually fight the water witch. I don't remember if it was the ring or necklace, or it could be both. Just look around once you drain the water.

u dont need resistence for her no blocking just doge all attacks blocking u still take big chip dmg took me a while with great sword

when u doge her attacks dont doge side ways doge front till u reach her dmg and repeat when shes gone

Hm I looked a bit around the map before but I couldn't find anything at all (only found the ring somewhere but I can't remember where it was exactly), I noticed the phantoms were dropping necklaces so I killed a bunch of them and just got a legendary Necklace of Sealed Water. Thanks anyways!

Yeah I've been dodging almost all her attacks but I also use GS and I'm draining through my stamina like crazy. Also the main issue was that she was killing me with 2 projectiles since I barely put any points into vitality lol
I just found a necklace and now I can atleast take a few more hits before dying.

It almost feels as if they forgot to add the Water Resistance Parchment....weird.
I mean I can make Water Cleanse potions, enhancers and that throwable item...but not the resistance elixir...

It's not about needing it, it's about completion. There is a craftable resistance potion for every element but not for this one and it isn't right.
