upgrade hero set?
says I can upgrade the armor but I don't have the option to even craft it much less upgrade
I want my +5 in stats :(

It's locked behind a mission you get after skoffa cave, and getting smith/hammer. Talk to the old lady in the smithy room and she will have a mission for you to get a Kleido box.
