Missing Khazan's Memories item for Witch's Castle mission, help!

I'm at 10/11 entries for the Witch's Castle mission in the Khazan's Memories window. I'm missing the 5th entry between "Trokka" and "Aldevir's Disk Fragment", but can't check what it actually is (because it's greyed out) to try to find what was missed, and haven't found anywhere online that can tell me. Can someone that has my missing entry unlocked please tell me what it's called?

throughout my playthrough, at the final area right now, this is 1 out of 2 memories i never got. i plan on going through them and if i get it i'll post here. likewise if you find it please post where you found it

interesting. yeah i'm pretty thorough in exploring every inch of the map and have zero idea where that one thing for the 5th entry in the list might be. and of course google is useless, can't find these listed anywhere.

yep, that missing 5th one is the same for me. it's either well hidden/easy to miss, or bugged maybe?

that's what i'm wondering. i've had no problem finding all other collectibles. has anyone found this yet? even if you're not sure where it is, i just want to know if it's a wild goose chase or not

I'll check when I get on, because I finished that place yesterday. I do recall one of the collectibles/memories being completely out of the way though.

Found it. Yeah right next to the final bonfire sword before the final boss of the level there are some wood planks on the wall that can be broken to drop down into the previous room on a corner with the item. The item is called "Undelivered Letter"

What an absolute lad! I have 99.9% of the collectibles and this was literally the only thing I was missing! My 100% run before NG+ is now complete. Just have to wait for the next update before continuing into NG+.
