You do know that that it was the devs that nerfed two bosses and made six stronger. Not the players. I'm sure people will play on easy mode. Unfortunately, they named it easy which kind of goes against the grain for gamers. It could have been named normal and soulslike. That would have gone over better. The devs are kind of belittling their own player base. Its definitely not a walk over on easy. I have tried both.

well well well, if the game are stupidly hard they have right (i dont have play it personally, just the demo) sometime we need to agreed that is stupidly hard, like lies of P, coz broken mechanics, i dont have any problem with elden ring, dark soul, wo long etc, but this one look sometime hard for nothing, like the first boss

Yeah. I don't understand why easy mode is even in the game then. Seems the whole "add an easy mode" changes nothing when people always would pick normal anyways. Only reason I'd pick easy is to chase trophies/achievements.
