Phantom Heatwave costing 2 spirit feels bad

It did need a nerf but making it cost 2 spirit feels unbelievably awful. Cant really afford to use other skills now, especially other 2 cost skills like Afterimage Thrust. I feel like this was significantly over nerfed. Revert it to 1 Spirit and keep the increased stamina drain and then just nerf the damage of the counter strike by like 30% or something because it feels really bad to use.
