Maluca is unbalanced

This boss needs a nerf. I can 100% say that with certainty.

The devs are new to this so I guess it really shows. This boss is unbalanced. When you have a boss in the second phase that can put a status effect that can stop you from healing and he is LIGHTNING fast attacks that can kill you in one hit. You don't make him TANKY.

And I always have to say this cause people are simple. You can beat him, no one is saying you can't. That still doesn't mean he isn't unbalanced.

Btw I said this with a few bosses in lies of P and guess what....they got nerfed.

Edit: adding this. I switched to easy and he is still insane. Once again reiterating that he is unbalanced and the difficulty settings need an update.

Second edit: they just NERFED HIM AND VIPER ON patch not for 27th of March. And I take my bow 🫡

There's already an easy mode in the game. They aren't going to nerf stuff. You just have to play easy mode if you want the nerfed version.

I forgot to mention that, and exactly right, there's an easy mode for people like this dude who is already whining about bosses being too hard while myself and other people are beating them and progressing the game. Gosh these people piss me the F off.

there are at least two bosses after maluca that are harder than him. once a majority of the people get there, then those threads will pop up too. depending on your build, there could even be 3

I saw a few reviewers saying they had to drop it down to easy mode for the last few fights lol

I bet if you spent half the time this guy did into practicing the boss you'd find him to be fairly easy to manage.

I bet if he was in NG+ with bigger reflection windows, he'd do just fine, but he isn't. Maluca isn't unbalanced, but he is one hell of a skill check.

yeah I'm the issue lol...it's actually people like you who are the issue. The easy mode is barley "easier". That really isn't the point anyways. Re read what I said. Cause I'm still correct. Thanks

There's always someone like you crying because you refuse to keep trying like everyone else. Yes he's strong, especially his chaos form but that does not make him unbeatable, i struggled on him, but i eventually learned his moves and attacks and i beat him, so please for Christ's sake, stop crying and man up. People like you shouldn't play games like these if you refuse to learn the boss and keep trying over and over, i killed him after 2+ hours over 30+ tries if not more. He is doable. Crybabies everywhere in these games, holy..

Spokem like a true "fan" of try hards. Actually im correct. And you didn't read. I said he could be beat. That again doesn't change he should be more balanced.

It's people like you who ruin these souls like games. Since elden ring every boss has to be more annoying then the next.

The easy mode is barley easy. It's actually normal mode. Don't know why they needed to call it easy.

I'm just saying most people aren't going to get past this boss on either mode. Just like lies of P, certain bosses just needed slight nerfs to balance them out.

Nerfs arnt a bad thing. And it doesn't mean to completely make the boss easy. It's about balance, almost all souls like games "nerf" (like the last boss in the elden ring dlc).

Why are some people unable to acknowledge their own limitations? All of his attacks are readable and can be deflected. You just have to make a tiny effort of memory, and voilà.

I'm not a tryhard, wtf are you talking about? i just told you i spent over 2 hours with Maluca till i eventually beat him. He does not need any nerfs because the majority of players are beating him, only the minority are struggling, like you. You are bad at souls games yes, just get gud and stop whining. You are making a fool out of yourself on these steam forums. Play the game, get gud, practice and you will proceed in this game like me and many others. I just started chapter 10. If the majority of people are progressing the game, then there's only 1 thing, those who cannot are either bad ( like you ) or the game style/genre is not for them and instead they come here crying about nerfs. Just stop.
