crushed dreams ring missing from loot table?

killing shield boss in hidden chamber, on like 20+ kills. cannot seem to get that ring to drop but have multiples of every other piece. starting to think the ring isn't in the loot table

It's not called Crushed dreams ring but something else and I think it doesn't drop anywhere. You get it from Tristan by doing a side story mission Remnants of Chaos.

And I assume you can also craft it later as part of the set but I haven't checked.
