you can walk away from his most dangerous attacks
he doesn't really punish you for failing brink gaurds because most of his attack strings are 2-3 hits. hell even in his last phase when he does the lunge attacks over and over you can just regular block those and he cant attack quickly enough to guarantee a hit on you before your stamina comes back.
like sekiro his longest strings make him get staggered if you parry the last hit.
I ran this by a friend who had never played the game. we library shared and I told him to play solo up until after the third boss. I gave him zero back-seating and he beat viper at the 4.2 hour mark on normal. I even have his save. i'm tempted to upload video from that save with every weapon at this point. he had a background in like every souls game and nioh 1 but apparently that kind of background isn't enough for the people on the boards. took him about an hour and some change attempts so he wasn't godlike or anything.
idk people just arnt learning how the game works and blaming the game
Is the boss really the problem when it's simply your ego that prevents you from setting the game to easy because it's too hard for you?
Man's called "I hate obsessions" but is a raging weeb who's obsessed about fighting people online.
Viper does NOT need a nerf. I rage quit the game after finding out that there is a phase 2. Then I spent time learning my character (I'm dual wielding) and using skills and even learning the reflection parry timing. Gradually, I started winning more and more. Then I REFUSED to heal in phase 1. I just didn't do it. Finally, I was destroying phase 1 without even getting hit. I would take all 4 potions into phase 2. This fight is not only 100% doable, it's really, really fun! It took me about 10 tries once I started getting to phase 2 consistently. You can do it. If I can, literally anyone can.
you are so focused on being better than everyone at a video game you have fallen so far behind in life. im sure your parents are proud of you
I don't even need to read further and I know that it's gonna be something stupid lol.
