Only 3 weapon types and 1 of them is S tier while the others are B tier.

This is my only negative with this game so far. Pretty disappointing there are only 3 weapon types and there isn't much reason to use Greatsword and Spear over the Dual Wield. Dual Wield does more damage, has more gap close, is faster and uses less stamina.

Great sword volcanic fury would like a word. It's an ability gained from the chaos armor set, each swing does 2.9k damage, the final explosion does 7.9k (To enemies of equal level.) 8 spirit, so 32k damage in a flashy blink of an eye? Also, great sword as a defensive weapon is strong as hell and it CHUNKS stamina bars.

Spear or dual blades are good and fun, as it should be, but there is nothing wrong with great sword.

I dont even have all weapon skills unlocked yet and I can tell all the different ways to play each weapon. If you dont understand how simple game mechanics work maybe go back to hello kitty online instead of playing games for adults.

i have tested all 3 weapons for atleast a hour. and believe spear is the best one.

The spear has infinite combos on some bosses
The greatsword does mad damage in short timeframes to both health and stamina
Duel weapon is safe and has a good toolbox.

You just suck at the weapons which is fine. It’s ultimately a preference thing.

That said, from what I’ve played, spear would be the S rank weapon. Every single stagger should lead to a brutal strike and spear has bonus damage to posture broken enemies. Most bosses die in 5 combos or so. Not to mention it has easy access to back attacks which just do more damage in general.

I feel strongest when I use spear. Great sword also feels very strong but not as safe. Dual wield just feels very middle of the road.

You obviously have no idea on fast(est) kill time (without any sort of level farming and passive buffs) which is the defining factor for tier lists. At beginner and intermediate level of execution, the spear is the best. The other two weapons will catch up when you know the moves and combinations inside-out.
