Where is my pre-order bonus?
I bought the Buy The First Berserker: Khazan Deluxe Edition, but I don't see the armor set anywhere.

It will open after the second chapter and will lie in the chest of hub.

I don't think it was in my storage chest. There was a glowing barrel nearby that gave me the items when I activated it. This was available as soon as I accessed the crevice.

As DEVILDICE said, it's in the glowing Barrel, not the Chest.

Same for me, i started the demo save and when i went to cravice the barrel wasn't available

the armor sets are in the hub right behind the big stone where you choose the level. its A GLOWING BARREl

I'm thinking of getting this game myself. Just wanted to know can I just purchase the Deluxe edition to get both armor sets and weapons or do I need to buy th Pre-order and the Deluxe edition?

Just buying the Deluxe is fine.

You need to finish act 2 before you can claim them, though. It says you can upgrade the pre-order but I haven't seen a way yet how to.

I wanted to mention. This isn't a cosmetic outfit, it's actual armor. So if you want to specific armor for stats you can't. For some reason they didn't make any costume slots it's just actual armor.

You need to progress further in the game to get the blacksmith for upgrading and transmog

One thing though I got the art book and sound track as I bought the deluxe version but they're not in my library even though it says they are. I relaunched Steam and nothing do I have to beat the second boss for that too?

You can access them in-game which is an incredibly annoying practice a lot of games are doing now to "combat piracy", but just annoys the paying customer.
