Anyway to cosmetic

In this game, is there a way to overlay old armor appearances onto the ones I'm currently wearing? I read that it's possible in the Deluxe Pack, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

From what i read in khazan fextralife will, a new npc in crevice will be available in ng+ and that npc can transmog your gear, not only deluxe cosmetic but every piece of gear from the game.

There's item drops for transmog work. Haven't seen the NPC yet because I'm not in NG+, so I don't know *exactly* how it'll work.

Its only in new game+. There's an armor stand that's next to the blacksmith you use. And yes it being locked to new game+ is stupid.
