need help with a good set for dual wield weapon

There is no skill or combo that will win the game for you, it's all about player's skill and how to play.
But what I like is gale and ruthless, those wreck things quite well. But since you can just respec at any time, you should try out things yourself and replay the same area. I would suggest the stormpass before area before the boss where the big halberd dude is. Respect and kill everything there to see how well it works for you. And you can also try it on the blade phantom.

im way ahead of that area, im against maluca the boss, i dont need to know what skills. but what item set is good for dual wield right now

Try fallen guardian set with dual weapons whirlwind only first and second skill and phantom sword dance also always buff yor weapons with enchancers on bosses.
