I parry with Space, but how do I counterattack ? It sats Space + Thumb button mouse.
But it does nothing.
its Block + Y (On Xbox) or Triangle (Playstation)
i suck at this. So i don't do it. I do the Brink Guard or Bring Dodge instead, it helps me. I am trying to learn the timing of the counter attack properly now that i found an enemy that is relatively slow that i can practice on thats near a respawn point, i suggest you do the same.
I encourage you, to keep trying. Even if you fail, keep throwing it out there because if you NEVER do it, you will NEVER learn it. keep trying.
I havent had to Grind anything, I get a lot of gear drops constantly from chests, enemies, "nioh 2" style Revenants, Elites, and so on. You can dismantle parts you dont need and craft the items you want instead. its how ive been upgrading my gear.
So, not at all, really. I havent had to grind for anything.
PS: i wouldnt call this a soulslike.
its more like Nioh1/2/WoLong. Stats On gear + Stat bonuses + Rolls.
But it doesnt matter that much, for your first way through, but i guess there will be a NG+
it's just Nioh levels. I prefer this over giant open worlds, this is entirely subjective and I'm not saying you're wrong, but i prefer this over something like Elden Ring.
