Does mob stop spawning when you pick up lacrima?

there are like difficult enemies that you only kill once but i was wondering if you dont pick up red thing if they would respawn

Elite enemies do not respawn once killed. It has nothing to do with picking up lacrima somewhere. Everything else respawns when you touch bonefire.
