They really bringing whole 2 HP bar fight with terrible timings this early? I though Blade Phantom was the "welcome to the game" boss, he was great, this one is a bit disappointing lol.

yep having 5 health pots is a dead giveaway that this is quite a bit further into the game as well. the stamina regen looks crazy here too

you can't attack too much with greatsword. Just counter attack and then do one attack in an opening. Asmon beat Viper with greatsword in 3 tries. I was surprised XD Much better than me. 30+ tries with dual wield.

That is not really something worthy carrying about tbh. I have seen many people struggling with Messmer in Elden Ring or with Pontiff in DS3 and on my first playthroughs, I beat both of these bosses on my 2nd try while others struggled for hours.

That guy was actually easier imo, the fire attacks were pissing me off a bit because for some reason even perfect guarding the attacks will build up fire on you and I was constantly losing HP because I am pretty much guarding everything, the only occasions I use dodge is when I need to get far away very quickly.

insane skill issue on your part im afraid, i beat him with the greatsword, it was fun as hell and he is a pretty well designed boss albeit pretty difficult so i dont really blame you but to say the boss is badly designed is insane

He is, first 2 bosses were great, Yetuga was a nice and simple introduction boss, Blade Phantom looked very dangerous and it was satisfying to brink guard his attacks and it was also fun to watch what he is doing, how he is moving, etc., they were fun to fight, but this lizard... that is just terrible.

I swear people are so desperate to try and bs how the game is easy when they're using spear and also an overleveled build, and they'll be showing someone's else clip on youtube cause they can't do it themselves.

These games really bring out the sweatiest neck beards in forums. And I say that as someone that never goes below the hardest difficulty I can play on

spear isnt that easy other weapon just too slow for most of the bosses
