Viper stagger trick

So I just beat that damn Viper and hell it's take me a while..but after I figured out that you can easily stagger him each time with a full strong attack with the spear, it went way more a doable fight.

Was able to go in phase 2 more consistently and real faster by spamming the charged attack than trying to do perfect guard while attacking time to time..
All you have to do is stay away as possible of him while avoiding his combo then as soon as he stop, just struck him hard on the face ! Thanks to the spear range you don't need to be at close range or being afraid of missing. Sometime it's even possible to struck him 2 times in a row even during his attack animation, if you are lucky, because that will make it stop right away but better to be careful with only one hit.

Also, don't be afraid of dying (I also died a lot, trying different strategy) cause you will learn little by little his pattern and will know the best moment to hit him or to avoid/perfect guard his attacks..also there are really a lot of occasion during both phase where he is standing still or when he is roaring..so struck him hard there !

For skill, mainly spent the points on guarding and reducing stamina usage is really useful.
So use the strongest spear that you have and respec if needed..hope it's help.

This boss is nuts and I went nearly only on stamina build. Game was flowing until this one showed up 🤣🤣 I haven't beat him yet

Yeah I was also thinking that this boss really looks to an end or at least mid game boss fight..Was very proud finally beating his first phase for the first time after a lot of try only to realize that it wasn't finish yet x) So I was like "No way a second phase ?? You can't be serious devs!" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moment lol with the boss going crazy and all with his arm like godrick with he rip off his arm in Elden Ring xD

Well, did you tried with the spear? For real, since the demo I was using only the dual blade but from Viper I started using only the spear and really feel it's a powerful weapon! Was able to go trought different missions and beating bosses more efficiently now..I am in the level before Rangkus.

With the nerfing Viper should be even more easy now..
