Are these purely randomized loot piniatas/optional help akin to the grave markers in the nioh games? Or are there other incentives to them, like how lords of the fallen locked content and secrets behind getting helpers to assist fighting the bosses. wondering if i should be fighting every spirit i see or just running past because it's purely optional randomized loot.
