To update drivers or not to update drivers
The demo said Nvidia driver 572 (the newest one) causes instability and crashes for Khazan and recommends staying on 566. Is that still the case? Has anyone noticed instability on the updated drivers?

Rule of thumb since the 80s: never update drivers until software either requires it, or something doesn't work.

5080 owner here. I actually updated to 572.83 (the latest driver) from 572.60, because that's what the devs said to do for 5000 series owners to get the most stable performance.....not only did it not help performance it MADE IT WORSE. My advice is don't even touch the 572.xx drivers, especially not the latest one.

Been running on 566 for a couple hours now and (knock on wood) have had no issues, just very occasional stuttering loading into zones. 572 seems to be the most busted-ass driver update in a long time, glad I dodged that bullet.

im on 566 and staying here for as long as possible, even AC shadows flags up my drivers are needing updated, nope will stay in 566 thank you.
