any idea how do i get it so i can summon spirit to help

You get 1 whenever you defeat a spirit of Adversity (the red summon symbol). So basically you summon a corpse of another player that died there and if you defeat it you get few pieces of gear they had on them and a spirit item that allows you to summon spirit companions in boss fights.

That's the only way to get them? So if I summon a helper and lose that's it? I don't get to summon a helper again until I find another phantom to fight?

spirit is useless bro u better off just doing it solo

Yeah, I just tried summoning my first one against Viper and it just stood right next to him and died in about 30 seconds. Useless.

I had to use it against Rangkus. Actually did a great job at interrupting then died at 50%. Good enough for me to finish the job.

Yeah, the Spirit of Advocacy dies pretty quickly in the beginning but gets much better once levelled up.
