Yes, it will be released at the same time for everyone on steam. Just that the timezones are different.

I forgot i bought the deluxe back on January lmao, it said 22 hours until it becomes available for early play on steam

Firm reminder they didn't sell the keys anywhere else aside from steam.
The three trusted sites, GMG, humble and fanatical did not get keys, which likely means your key is not legit, so best of luck!

While it's true that Fanatical have bundles that are crap, It doesn't change the fact that your key probably is not legit. So his point still stands. Be carefull when you buy there my friend, this games are really expensive.

Everyone always says this but...

I trust them if they say anything massively negative lol. Then it's worth paying attention to.

If the review is like 5/10 for technical issues then you gotta pay attention to it. (It won't though)

I just like to make sure before I buy that I'm not making a major mistake that I will have to refund.
