hahah, someone hasn't explored the skill tree for the dual wields. This game is absolutely excellent once you take the time to figure out the synergy between normal attacks and skills. When you've done this, dual wields provide the highest mobility, BY FAR, with minimal stamina loss because your maintaining your stamina by using the dodges through the skills, not the normal dodge.
This game has amazing potential with the weapon skill trees by giving you the ability to amplify your preferred style of game play through the skills. FromSoftware created the genre but there's also nothing fun about farming a strength build and the attacks being so slow and consuming so much stamina that you basically 1 hit all normal enemies and you dodge bosses until you find a long window to attack. In this game, the greatsword skills give you extra mobility and much faster attacks when utilizing the skill tree.
People are so quick to judge new games when they are compared to existing games and when the new game doesn't play like their comparison they say it's trash. But if they did play identically, then comes the 'this isn't even new'. It's crazy.
