Finished it once, and clicked 'new game' by a mistake. Do I keep my save file when the game realeases? Can I have multiple save files?

Yes,

The game will retain your save status regardless of the number of individual playthroughs

There are several slots, probably 10 as these games tend to have that many, but I didn't actually test it. Every new game will have a new slot. When get the full game, you will probably be able to load any of your playthroughs, as long as you didn't delete them.
