You might see a huge number of deaths during the second boss fight, Blade Phantom. We're not dying to him because he's hard. We're dying so we can reset and fight him again and again. So don't change his difficulty. He's just about right.

I farmed him as well to get more moves and play around with the weapons.

I also found that boss to be just right. He is meant to enforce parrying as a fundamental.
