If the rest of the game is the same, I will probably buy it, but I will wait for reviews and footage to see if there anything I dislike about the complete product.
don't listen to this n00b...
and the game is solid, don't listen to any n00b that said the combat is slow, you can chain the attack to longer and faster combos:

While I'm not a big fan of big swords, I do like that the greatsword here actually has weight to it, unlike other games and even Souls, even the big enemies will react to it when caught in a combo. Also combat is in-between slow/methodical and fast paced.
It's not amazing, but it's not bad either, it's just... ok. Though I'd say get it on a good sale.
That's nice and all but currently the game doesn't encourage you to actually do these. The options are there, but it falls into the old 2000s action game dilemma, where you unlock all those combos/tech but find that one (usually early) is the best one and the only reason you'd use any other technique is to gimp yourself or if you're bored. In the time you take to do those combos, someone can just stamina break with just guards, counters, and a brutal with less effort.
And that is what makes it slow paced.
I have already proven this time and again.
It's just boring that so many games are just copying Darksouls, i like Darksouls but it's getting way to over saturated with this style of combat.
I don't know why people keep using this particular brand of copium when it so blatantly wrong. I mean it would be one thing if you used up all your stamina, then got blown up for it, but that is clearly not what happens.
Before Souls, action games and ARPGs went after the God of War style but not nearly as much as Souls (even Ys was doing it... though they were good games lol). Most if not all Souls-likes or Souls inspired titles try the same troll design choices that worked when Demons' Souls was new like obvious ambushes next to curiously placed loot, monster cubbyholes leading to an easy death, etc.
A solid 6/10 game.
The real tragedy is that this trash was the reason BBQ got cancelled.
Absolutely mind-boggling.
The Berserker in BBQ played like an actual Berserker instead of a Tarnished.
