Farming Full "Ashen Wolf Set" demo ?

Hi, is it possible to farm the full set ?

I have the greatsword + 3 armor piece.

Miss Helmet and pant if i remember. So in the demo its loot fix or wr can farm full set ?

If yes, where please ?

I tried to farm it off of the last large enemy (who dropped 1 piece of it when 1st killed). I would have killed him 60, or 70 times, without any ashen wolf drops, even though he has guaranteed drops (other armour types, dual weapons, consumables).
I don't believe it is farmable in the demo.
I am also wondering why an enemy who is wielding a pike (or whatever), drops dual weapons.
